Meet the system. Our combination of hardware devices and cloud based software gives you 24/7 visibility and control of water consumption at your property. Whether it’s your home or business, our system can put control back into your hands. Our system is easy to install and commission, and is extensible to expand the scope of monitoring and control.
At the heart of our system a Base Station connects to your 2.4G or 5G Wi-Fi network, letting you manage your connected devices from your smart phone, tablet or PC, making Control and Monitoring available wherever you are. The cloud interface is web based so there is no app to download or update. As new devices are connected to the Base Station it automatically shows up on your cloud profile and is ready to use. Simple as that.
Our system consists of a Base Station and a network of connected devices. These devices are connected in a wired daisy chain, meaning the Base Station is connected to the first device (with a network cable), and from that device to a second device and so on. As devices are connected to the Base Station they are automatically detected and made available for use. Truly plug-and-play.
As an example, assume you want to monitor and control water usage. First of all you need a Base Station, then for each location where you’d want to monitor water flow and control its use, you need a Valve Controller and a Smart Valve.
The Smart Valve is installed in line with an existing water pipe. A good place is at your hot water geyser in line with the pipe going to the house. The Smart Valve’s cable connects to the Valve Controller where it simply clicks into place. The Valve Controller is connected with a network cable to the Base Station and as soon as these connections are made, the controller will communicate with the Base Station and the Valve Controller is added to your profile. It is ready for use!
Adding another Valve Controller is simple, it just plugs into the last Valve Controller in the daisy chain of connected devices. And every time you add a new device, it automatically pops up on your profile. Plug and play…
